Olivia Munn, undisclosed role in Iron Man 2

"[Director] Jon Favreau and the people at Marvel know who I am. And Jon, I had seen him at Comicon a few times and he has seen my skits and said he thought I would be a good fit to bring me into Iron Man 2. He called and said he wanted to offer me a part in the movie and I was like, 'OK, you want me do stunt work? What am I doing? Am I playing Iron Man? I will play Iron Man.' So I showed up and it was the best of the best. Robert Downey Jr. he is like God's gift to us."

I can't wait to see what role she plays. I hope it is something they can expand on in the future, she seems very much into the comics.

I think she is smoking hot and very talented! She's got a great sense of humor and rare ability to not take herself too seriously.

I was supposed to have 5 minutes with Olivia at SDCC '09, but she got bum-rushed by hundreds of fans and my little interview got scrapped. *sigh*

I havent actually seen her in anything but I'd be pretty happy if she were cast as The Wasp because if nothing else she does at least look perfect for the role! Of course, I hope she can actually act as too! I still have my fingers crossed for this though...

It makes sense since they're blending the Marvel main with the Ultimates and Janet was Asian in the Ultimates version. I can't think of any other Asian Avengers, come to think of it.

i really dont see what everyone else sees in her. i dont even think shes hot! i guess because her personality and her voice get in the way. to me, shes just awful. plain and simple.

She is certainly starting to get a few movie parts and has a successful show for being a "no-talent". We do know she is playing a Marvel character, so I would think that she isn't just a "throw-away lay" for Stark.

I say she is playing Pepper's secretary Bambi. SHe is an actual character from the comics, and it is a small role with a few lines.

Wasp would be cool to see on screen, at least as a tie in to Avengers, btu I doubt it.

Maybe she can actually act, maybe she just needed a real chance, Maybe we should give Olivia a fair chance. I think she can do it, they don't put people in movies like these from marvel and just massively [frick] them up. They have had some winning formula's, it is time to trust Marvel for what they can really produce.
