Robert Downey Jr. tells us even more about Iron Man 2.

MTV recently asked Robert Downey Jr. what he would consider the "theme" of Iron Man 2.

Here is his response...

"The theme was legacy — and there's a double legacy. There's the legacy he's fondly attempting to continue. There's the legacy that's attempting to be subverted by some old foes. And there's the legacy he has no idea about, which of course, the Marvel Universe provides."

When asked if there were any similarities between his own relationship with his father (who was an accomplished actor, writer and director) Downey had this to say...

"Any time your dad is revered — I grew up with [people saying] 'hey, that's Bob Downey's kid' — and understandably so. I mean, he's a great innovator and a heck of a filmmaker. In Tony's case, it's really this massive, looming shadow of his dad's almost posthumous perfection. And it's tough for him to live up to."

Iron Man 2 has already pulled in over $100Mil overseas and is expected to blow up box offices stateside this weekend.

IRON-MAN 3-should be one of the following storylines

1.iron man,captain america & shield vs a.i.m or hydra
2.iron man vs the mandarin.
3.do a crossover film with a war machine movie & do the armour wars storyline.

IM2 is good but its not better then IM1. how comes they did not keep the same writters who did IM1 to do IM2.

dont diss Robocop LOL

the problem to me with IM2 is that it missing that charm that IM1 had. not saying IM2 aint great but IM1 is better structured movie.

"U Complete Me Teabag" :P

i agree that speech at Stark Expo i did not really like. maybe because the speech was abit too long and him been a twat could be the reason to lol.

@teabag

i like Cheadle as a actor but i agree Terrence Howard and Robert Downey Jr had a true Bromance lol. was watching IM1 again the other day and Terrence Howard has better charisma than Cheadle. only thing that makes me laugh about Terrence Howard is when he shoutout "Tony" sounds abit funny.

IMO, both Howard and Cheadle do not have that bottled wrath that Peter Mensah, Snipes or White has.

Michael Jai White or Terry Crews for Luke Cage

telavizion - Micheal Jai White should not play Bishop since i believe Fox Studio might own that character and we know how FOX like to F-Up Marvel characters lol.

anyway Micheal was good in Spawn the movie was not great but his acting was good. i agree he does need to stop the direct to DVD movies but Hollywood aint giving him a chance.

have u seen Black Dynamite that movie is funny its spoof of blaxploitation films of the 1970s.

That MJW and Kimbo video was AWSOME!

I wish MJWs acting was as naturaland effortless as hes explaining of a knockout punch... he would be amazing.

Micheal Jai White could do a good job as bishop or Luke cage... but only as a supporting role. Its aways obvious that he his acting when he is on screen.
