In Injustice, an unthinkable tragedy propels Superman into a dangerous new mindset, ultimately pitting Justice League members against each other in what is clearly going to be a brutal, bloody movie if the recent red-band trailer is any indication! The feature-length animated film is set for release on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital on October 19, and is based on the Injustice: Gods Among Us video game.
A new clip from the movie has been released today featuring a tense meeting between Batman (Anson Mount) and The Joker (Kevin Pollack). We won't give any spoilers away, but this clash obviously comes shortly after the iconic bad guy has unleashed his master plan on the DC Universe.

It's always fun to see what an actor brings to the role of The Joker, and Pollack seems to have been inspired by Bill Skarsgård's Pennywise the Clown from the IT movies. Mark Hamill's Clown Prince of Crime remains a favourite, of course, but this take on the villain definitely feels pretty unique.
At the end of the clip, Superman arrives to...well, if you've played the games and read the comic books, something tells us you'll probably know what comes next for the Harlequin of Hate!
