JUSTICE LEAGUE Director Zack Snyder Announces New Production Company The Stone Quarry
After a rather tainted conclusion to his stint in the DCEU with Justice League, director Zack Snyder has announced that his Cruel & Unusual Films banner is being replaced by The Stone Quarry. Take a look!
Now that Zack Snyder is no longer involved with the DC Extended Universe, fans are anxious to know what comes next for the filmmaker. Whether he'll return to the blockbuster realm or take his career on a totally different path remains to be seen but things have become clearer today with the news that he's launched a new production house.
A rebranding of his Cruel & Unusual Films banner (which was associated with 300, Watchmen, Man of Steel, and his other DCEU movies), it's said that it will cover film, TV, and animated projects.
Snyder stepped down from Justice League shortly after the death of his daughter and has since admitted to having never watched the movie which was met with overwhelmingly negative reviews after extensive reshoots. With any luck, Snyder's future plans will now start to take shape following the reveal of this "New Identity."
