Trivia answer is Green Goblin. I would've said Spider-Man, but he is not the real "Cause" because Norman is the one that started the whole damn thing. Spider-Man did indeed snap her neck with his web, but it was revealed in later comics I believe in The Amazing Spider-Man #121, Norman told Peter, "You Romantic idiot! She was dead before your webbing could've reached her! A fall from that height would kill anyone before they struck the ground!"

Thus, Green Goblin is the true killer. Sick twisted [frick]!
