WEREWOLF BY NIGHT Funko POPS - Including Super-Sized "Ted" - Now Available For Pre-Order

Werewolf By Night, Marvel Studios' first Special Presentation (it was recently followed by James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special), premiered on Disney+ last October, and proved to be one of the most popular small-screen MCU projects yet.

The black-and-white, horror-tinged Halloween Special was a first for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, paying homage to the classic Universal monster movies with its noirish style, creepy atmosphere and heightened levels of violence. We have no idea if there are plans in place for ol' Jack Russell and his monstrous pals to return, but we can't imagine this will be their only appearance.

Tie-in merchandise was sparse at the time, but Funko has now announced that four POP! Vinyls are available for pre-order.

The figures spotlight Russell (Gael García Bernal) in both human and wolfman form, Elsa Bloodstone (Laura Donnolly), and a super-sized "Ted," aka Man-Thing.

Get a closer look at all four POPs at the link below.

"On a dark and sombre night, a secret cabal of monster hunters emerge from the shadows and gather at the Bloodstone Temple following the death of their leader; the attendees are thrust into a mysterious and deadly competition for a powerful relic."

Werewolf by Night is now streaming on Disney+.

Both Marvel Special Presentations have been excellent. Along with Loki and Wandavision. It's time for Marvel Studios to go back to what works and stop trying to push what doesn't.

Pretty original to release them in the black and white horror theme colors from the Special Presentation. Wouldn't mind getting them.

Have to tell you guys, I had to messenger groups that I’m part of, in which it seems like I’m the only one that still cares about this stuff. I know there is people still watching, I could think of one girl that said, the crazy girl on the plane must have seen a Skrull haha, but yeah. The landscape has changed.

Also werewolf wasn’t good.

@TheWalkingCuban - So we’re saying Skrulls are behind the lizard people conspiracy?

And yeah all my friends that I used to talk about MCU about have moved on. Besides Deadpool 3, nobody is hyped for any of the upcoming stuff.

@mountainman - it’s kind of sad. It was this nerdy thing that everybody got into, and now it’s kind of becoming this pathetic afterthought. We’re not going to count Spider-Man, he’s like Batman. That way, but they decided to kill a character. A character! Like Katt Williams said, all of those Spider-Man and Superman’s, and Batman’s, Black Panther dies, and they just quit. Iron Man dying made narrative sense, that doesn’t mean it’s great for the bottom line, but I’m not against it. Besides, people were still excited after that time. But what followed was bad enough to ruin a lot of Goodwill. A lot. Yes, I do believe Doctor Strange, Thor, and the guardians, should have made billions. Ant-man three should have at least passed part two. I don’t need to go into the reasons that the movies or shows ruined that, but they did. They absolutely did. Let me tell you something that caught on like a wildfire, a dissatisfaction with the current iteration of the Incredible Hulk. Because he has no Incredible Hulk. And people were reminded of that Very good movie and compared it to the Sissy we have today. I’m telling you, as good as social media was at boosting the MCU, it’s just as good at burying it. But they’re doing it to themselves, don’t get me wrong. I’m not going to blame this on social media, I just think, it’s a way for people to talk about what they like or do not like. And I miss the days when it was, like.

@mountainman - well, the whole Jamie Foxx thing, especially the irony that he’s in a movie called they cloned Tyrone, I at least want to say that the lizard people are those behind the narrative. They may not be Florida anoles or Arabian chameleons… but they are starting to scare the crap out of me. Especially when they attack an anti-child trafficking as Qanon. I don’t care if it is. It’s still anti-child trafficking.

Fukc the lizard people.

@TheWalkingCuban - They just added too many B characters at once. Guardians proved that can work. But it was too much. Plus the quality dip. Had they gone into FF and X-Men sooner, they could have balanced the lesser knowns with more A listers and kept interest for longer.

@mountainman - I have to say you nailed it. Straight up. I never thought of this, but what if the movies that came out after no way home switch places with the movies that came out right before no way home, those movies had way more hype, I mean we’re talking about OG’s by now. That would’ve helped the movies, and Quality would’ve helped the movies and the shows.
