For a while there, it looked like this movie was never going to happen, after a Gawker script leak pushed director Quentin Tarantino into abandoning the project. Thankfully, he changed his mind, and he's since assembled a very impressive cast - including frequent collaborators Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction), Kurt Russell (Death Proof), Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs) and Michael Madsen (Kill Bill). Now we've received our first teaser trailer for The Hateful Eight, and it boasts plenty of dark humor, back-stabbing, violence and intrigue. all staples of a Tarantino classic!

While racing toward the town of Red Rock in post-Civil War Wyoming, bounty hunter John "The Hangman" Ruth (Kurt Russell) and his fugitive prisoner (Jennifer Jason Leigh) encounter another bounty hunter (Samuel L. Jackson) and a man (Walton Goggins) who claims to be a sheriff. Hoping to find shelter from a blizzard, the group travels to a stagecoach stopover located on a mountain pass. There, they encounter four strangers, and soon learn that they may not make it to their destination after all.

The Hateful Eight will open with a limited release in select US theatres on Christmas Day, before its wide release on 8 January 2016.

Eh, I'm sure it'll be good. But I'm ready for Tarantino to make more modern set films. I do think he would make a great adaption for Old Man Logan since he's a huge fan of Westerns. But Mangold has proved he knows the style from 3:10.

Django was good, but after a few rewatches Jamie Foxx really doesn't get any real lines until the end of the film. Tarantino was able to stretch the film through numerous significant characters but I can see why Will Smith passed on the role. Now, do I agree with him for doing After Earth? Probably not. lol but I do hope him and Tarantino work together in the near future.
