Let's face it folks, Punisher as a comic book character has always been a second tier, B rated hero in the Marvel universe. With that being said, the new Punisher movie is just that, a solid well done "B" rated movie. If you are looking for dynamic exposition into the dark side of the human condition, then this movie isn't for you. If you want an action movie that is stylized like a comic, then this movie delivers. This is not Macbeth, this is Frank Castle at his meanest; so drop some I.Q. points, buy some popcorn, and enjoy the ride!
