Do you think shooting much of Rogue One on location made a major difference in the aesthetic of the finished product? Some of the locations Gareth Edwards and the rest of the cast and crew ventured to included Jordan, the United Kingdom, Iceland and Maldives.

Check out the video below which features some of your favorite scenes from the film but provides a new perspective from behind the cinematographer.  Seeing the Stormtroopers storming the beaches of Maldives makes me want to immediately head out to the theater again for a second viewing.

Someday this franchise will die and on that day I'll celebrate like it's VE Day.

Movie was absolutely great, pure Star Wars and did a great job at showing the in between events and the heroes that don't wield a lightsaber to save the day. The movie looked beautiful, extremely impressed, major kudos to Gareth Edwards. The cast was awesome, every single one of them....fantastic movie all around.
