In a recent interview with the people over at Comicbook.com, the legendary Power Ranger, Jason David Frank told if he was involved with the Power Rangers reboot in any way, he Replied, “ I probably will be involved. They talked to me about it. I don’t know how much I am involved,” He then says that he pretty confident that he will at least have a cameo appearance in the film, “But for sure cameos at least in the reboot movie". Now remember, Jon Feltheimer said a little while back that in this reboot the Power Rangers will be more powerful than ever and that this film will "Resonate with moviegoers around the world for years to come". Let's hope that this film lives up to those words. Anyhow, would you want to see Jason suit back up as the Green Ranger one more time? Sound off below with your thoughts!

Power Rangers is a long-running American entertainment and merchandising franchise built around a live action children's television series featuring teams of costumed heroes. Produced first by Saban Entertainment, later by BVS Entertainment, and currently by SCG Power Rangers LLC, the television series takes much of its footage from the Japanese tokusatsu Super Sentai, produced by Toei Company. Its first entry, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, debuted on August 28, 1993, and helped launch the Fox Kids programming block of the 1990s, during which it catapulted into popular culture along with a line of action figures and other toys by Bandai

I hope they try and actually look for acting talent. Yeah I know this is power rangers but a little bit of convincing actors who don't make us cringe every five seconds would be nice.

Drake is my favorite rapper, I think he's the best in the game he can rap and he has bars. But anyway I'm not shocked if Jason David frank is in this. I don't think it would shock anyone he has a real passion for Power Rangers.

@MonsterSquad35

I wouldn't have replied to that comment if you had inserted an "I think people who grew up..."

But I'll just let you know that I favor Nas, Nate Dogg, Tupac, Cassidy, Big Syke, The Fugees, Common, Kanye (From 2004-2008), Kendrick Lamar, JCole, T.I., Rakim,

Random music choices: The Spinners, Jackson 5, Michael Jackson, Phil Collins, Daft Punk, Henry Jackman, Hans Zimmer, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross...etc I'm very diverse when it comes to music man.

Power Rangers reboot: okay, maybe, but only if they do it in a completely different tone and style, probably super serious and deconstructed.

Power Rangers movie continuing the "canon": who the [frick] cares?

Loved JDF but I was hoping they avoided the old cast simply to leave behind the cheesy nature if the old series. We'll see tho...

This isn't a board to talk about cheesey shit like Power Rangers. It's for discussing mature, grown up stuff like superheroes in bright spandex and capes!

Power Rangers were [frick]ing great when I was a kid and they still are. I mean, go watch a couple episodes. They're [frick]ing hilarious! Don't overdo it though. It gets repetitive really fast.
