Billy Dee Williams' manager Derek Maki appeared at DragonCon this weekend and talked lots of things Star Wars related. One thing Maki revealed, was that none of the cast from the Original Trilogy has officially signed on. There’s a lot of rumors out there right now about the original cast coming back, and I know it’s a burning question, said Maki. Mark, Carrie, Harrison, and Billy, none of them have signed contracts, so it’s all rumors, just so you know

Maki also announced was campaign to get Billy Dee's Star Wars character, Lando Calrissian, to return in Episode VII. Maki added, We want you to Facebook, blog, and Twitter that you want to see Lando in the next Star Wars movie, so that J.J. gets ahold of him, because you’re going to make it happen. And we have this new thing on Twitter now #BringBackLando, so if you guys are on Twitter #BringBackLando.

In the matter of returning as Lando in Episode VII, Billy Dee Williams said, The right idea actually is to come back with a daughter who’s a Jedi, a beautiful daughter who’s a Jedi

Okay, and exactly how does someone representing Billy Dee Williams know whether or not Hamill, Ford, or Fisher have signed contracts yet? And quite frankly, it's kinda lame to start a campaign like that.

So I guess Bily Dee is writing this [frick]ing movie now. Remember the days when actors just shut their mouths and were glad the roles they got. I dot even want Lando to be in the first movie of the new trilogy.
