If you don't watch or like this show, tolerate a few bad episodes. This is their best one yet.

Am I the only one who feels like the empire ain't all that bad? I like the show, and it's getting better each episode, but at times the empire seems like the reasonable choice. I mean the main characters bombed a parade at one point. Everybody loves parades...

One if my biggest issues with the consistency between the OT and PT, is that the OT made it seem like Jedi had been gone for a century, but the PT essentially showed them guiding the Republic up until 20 years or so before A New Hope.

The prequels should have shown the Jedi as already fading away. The few that remained would have helped the Republic as already established, but part of their struggle would have been attempting to rebuild their order and re-establish their importance in the galaxy. That way their loss wouldn't look so pathetic, and Anakin's betrayal would have been to a small group with a tight friendship... Much more meaningful than a faceless army taking out thousands of Jedi which the audience knows nothing about.

But I digress. Rebels is starting to look more appealing to me, I think I'll start watching.
