Disney has recently secured the domain name "TRONUprising.com" and there are discussions as to whether this could potentially be the name of a sequel to the soon to be released TRON:Legacy. Obviously, they'd be putting the cart before the horse, so to speak, if that is the plans for Disney as studios typically like to see how a film performs before they delve into the world of sequels. That is, unless you are WB and have a film like The Green Lantern headed for release. However, it is more likely that "TRON:Uprising" is the potential name for the 10-part animated "microseries" planned for Disney XD to be aired in the fall of 2011, but there is no confirmation that will be the name of the series.
'TRON: Uprising’ (as we assume) will be a 10-part ‘microseries’ in which a young program named Beck stands up against an evil regime headed by Clu who obtains his status after the defeat of TRON, the security watchdog program.
What we know about TRON:Legacy is that the film will tell the story of the beginnings of a revolution, so "TRON:Uprising" only seems like a natural direction for the potential series to head. I guess once the film opens in a few months time, we will see if a sequel gets the green light.
