SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME Trailer Gets An Awesome '90s Animated Series Remix

The first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home finally swung online this past Monday, and the footage has now been given a very impressive remix using scenes from Spider-Man: The Animated Series.

If you grew up in the '90s, there's a good chance you were a fan of Spider-Man: The Animated series. Running for 5 seasons before finishing up in 1998, the show still holds up and features one of the most comic-accurate depictions of the Webhead and his various foes.

The first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home debuted this past Monday, and YouTuber 100BombsStudios has given the footage an animated makeover using shots from the '90s series. Most of the scenes are taken from the season 3 premiere, "Doctor Strange," but other episodes featuring the likes of Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and the Lizard are also utilized to great effect.

We think you'll agree that this is rather brilliantly done, and if nothing else, it might inspire a re-watch of the show. Check out the fan-trailer below, and let us know what you think.

As we previously reported, the actual trailer for No Way Home broke the 24-hour all-time record for most global views with a whopping 355.5 million, obliterating the previous record held by Avengers: Endgame, which drove 289 million views.

If these excitement levels are maintained - and there's no reason to think they won't - Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios are going to have a massive hit on their hands come December.

@thelastson18 - I would love it if Disney or Marvel - instead of also releasing the same trailer as Sony (minus the PS5 ad), just release this - OFFICIALLY.

They own the content - it's on disney+. FOR PETE's SAKE ITS GOT DAREDEVIL READING BRAILLE!!!

That's some deep dive & real love. I'm gonna actually watch Spider-Man TAS on disney+, when i get the chance.

@nmasterofnaught - Spider-Man TAS was my first real dive into superheroes along with Superman TAS and funny enough the Incredible Hulk animated series. Man we had some amazing cartoons back then

@thelastson18 - No Lie.

My first encounter with Captain America came from SM:TAS. I genuinely thought Cap would be taken out by being beamed into space along with Red Skull in the 1st Avenger, just like (well similiar) to the cartoon.

Don't Forget:

I always wondered why Doctor Strange had an orange cloak in the show.

The 90s cartoon was the first thing I thought about after watching the trailer. The whole premise of Peter going to Strange to get him to cast a spell that makes people not remeber his identity and it backfiring just seems like an episode of the Spider-man:the animated series.

Meh. I love the show. First Spidey thing I ever saw, but I've seen better of these kinds of things. Good on em for putting in the work though. Couldn't have been easy.

Somebody put in the work, nice job.

I'm so familiar with this cartoon though that not hearing the actors voices as they are was so jarring haha

@PantherKing - I'm not sure. Pep's a great manager (could probably still win the whole thing). They've got Grealish & given Sterling's Euros performance - I think they're waiting on the investment of Kane...

But Kane or Messi!?

It would of been messed up, if Ronaldo had gone to City. Think that was probably a negotiation tactic. Either way, I'm feeling Man U's chances for hardware just went up by a lot.
