Jared Leto's rendition of the Joker is very different than other incarnations. With a more urban look, influenced by gang culture, which David Ayer is fascinated by. This concept art show a Joker with much less tattoos, but still having that urban and gangster influence such as in the finished product. The concept art also feature Harley, before her inevitable transformation and The Joker torturing her, among other moments. Check it out.
