Warning: Potential Spoilers

Sydney, Australia will reportedly double for Metropolis in the upcoming Superman movie while Washington state might provide a rural locale for Smallville. Boston’s Fenway Park may also be featured in the film. Pre-production on the film is set for the spring even though no director has been officially hired (although talk still centers on Charlie’s Angels helmer McG working from J.J. Abrams’ script). Shooting could begin in January 2005.
