Police are now releasing the info that the missing persons case of Stephen Perry, a former writer of the cult classic shows Thundercats and Silverhawks, is indeed a homicide case. There is still no body but police can confirm that they believe Perry has been the victim of a 'very violent crime' says police and will no doubt be dead upon discovery.

He's been missing for over two weeks and the mother of his 5 year old son, Krystal Carroll, has been called in to pick out people in a photo lineup - those people being Perry's former roommates who are in police custody as well as a third unidentified white male.

Carroll, who is 7 months pregnant with a friend of Perry's being the father, who also happens to be a carnival worker, was devastated when police told her that Perry was likely dead from a violent crime. Perry's son Leo knows that his father isn't coming back.

"Leo wants to know what happened to his dad," Carroll said. "They were very ,very close. When a 5-year-old asks, 'What happened, how did it happen,' you just can't come up with anything to say."

Perry was 56 years old when he went missing.
