Bay Spoils Arcee Death in Transformers ROTF!

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Director Michael Bay has revealed that he killed off Arcee in the film simply because he didn't like her.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Director Michael Bay has revealed that he will kill off Arcee in the film simply because he didn't like her.

"You know what? I didn't like Arcee," the filmmaker told MTV. "So I kill her later, all right?"

In fact, he hated the character so much, that he didn't even bother wasting time on making it emotional.

"This is just 'get it out and get it over with'" kind of death, Mr. Bay tells MTV.

According to Mr. Bay, the death of the character is quite sudden and it "isn't sad." MTV recounts him grinning as he discusses the death of the pink motorcylce.

Mr. Bay also jokes that she should have given a better performance and that to the fans of the female Transformer, "it is sad. I'm sorry."

During his interview with MTV, he also denies that Arcee shows up in the film as the motorcycle that Mikaela Banes (Megan Fox) will be riding. "No," he denies, "She has nothing to do with Megan."

This denial is despite the fact that USA Today stated this information as fact during their recent article spotlighting the characters in the film.

Also if he hated the character so much why was she considered to be in the first movie? Let alone the movie at all?

I think its funny when he says this stuff. Fanboys get all cranky and upset. He spread these type of rumors for the last movie as well.

I hope it's true. Arcee is almost as dreadful as Blurr. Can't believe so many people are white knighting a fictional character, an alien robot fictional character at that.

If this is true then I may actually start to like Bay and in honour of this I'll watch Stealth or something ...

DUDE YOU DONT REALLY HAVE ANY REAL WELL KNOWN FEMALE AUTOBOTS , THERES ARCEE AND THEN ELITA ONE,PRIMES LADY..OTHER THAN THAT..THATS PRETTY MUCH IT.DONT GET INTO BEAST WARS OR ALL THE OTHER TRANSORMERS GENERATIONS, TO ME GEN 1 IS REALLY ALL THAT WORKED FOR ME.

I just wish there were some dinobots or the junkion Wreck-Gar. I loved him for some reason. Except for the way he talked. Cool toy design though.

y'know, a female motorcycle transformer isn't all that bad... look at the Beast Machines series; near the end they introduced a fraggin' plant chick transformer (Botanica)... last time i checked, the show was called "Beast Machines" not "Fern Machines"

idc what he says, i just wanna see the movie. so what if he kills her in the movie. it looks fantastic otherwise. he killed jazz and megatron in the 1st 1. look at the outrage people had when megatron died, now he is back in the new 1. jazz will probably be back for the 3rd 1. who cares about a bike anyway. its tiny and crap.

Thats all bay does is throw a bunch of bs at everyone to get them riled up..Bay realizes that his movies are jus a brain dump so he justs feeds us this crap to get us to see it for ourselves. I for one will one of the first people to see this movie cuz Transformers rock. If it is true so be it if not then Bay has suckered the public once again.

dont like bay... he is too gung ho . I still want to see a Transformers live action tv show and a Punisher tv show. I want the transfomrers to be less interpretive and based on the original fomrs a bit more
