@Origame - you can always tell what the actor did or did not do by which way Wilding worded the headline. If Ackles would’ve auditioned the headline would’ve been “Learn the auditioning process Jensen Ackles went through preparing for Captain America” or something like that.

@HeavyMetal4Life - OK, I guess I don’t need to post the exact same thing. Chris Evans was one of the best castings in the MCU and I never would’ve guessed based on how he was in the FF movies. He was perfect in the part.

@RolandD - he was a great Johnny Storm too, he plays cocky really well, loved him in the The Losers. Hes also a great cap who plays confident, strong, with a touch of sadness.

@Gizmoduck - I thought he was really good as Johnny Storm. He and Michael Chiklis have the Johnny/Ben relationship down just fine in those movies. I thought the two of them were both cast well, if perhaps the only ones. Sometimes I forget that it’s acting and he was a bit of an egotistical fool at times, so I didn’t ever imagine him as Cap.

@Reeds2Much - you’re 100% right, but at this point in his career I just do not see him getting there. And minus a few of the actors mentioned most were a lot younger then Jensen is now when they brown through. So although I do agree you and anything can happen I don’t think Jensen will ever be a movie star.

@blitzburgh - Movie stars have become more willing to make TV shows, but TV stars don't get to just play lead in movies. I like the guy but at the moment he is the definition of "TV actor." Get him off the pulpy monster/drama-of-the-week stuff and let's see what he can do.

Evans has a very limited range of expressions and after a couple outings as Cap, I got sick of him and that damn look he always had on his face as Cap. He was very good as Cap but not great like Christopher Reeve as Superman. It could've been done better.
