New Poster For FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Promises No Safe Harbor

The Walking Dead companion series means you can enjoy walkers/zombies all-year long. Though the group found safety on a boat in the season 1 finale, it won't last for long according to this tagline.

Fear The Walking Dead returns for season 2 on April 10. The Walking Dead season 6 airs its finale on April 3. Showrunner Dave Erickson has confirmed to EW that the show will pick up pretty close to where the season 1 finale left off, with Strand and co. sailing out to the ocean in his boat. One of the themes of the season will be the group dealing with death of their loved ones from season 1 and coming to terms with just how far civilization has fallen while they were behind the National Guard's protective barrier.

The group of survivor's take shelter on Victor Strand's boat, after the events of the first season. Season 2 of AMC's Fear The Walking Dead will consist of fifteen episodes; the first seven of which will premiere from April 10, 2016 and the remaining eight will air later in the year.

I found it interesting but season one was much too slow. I understand the idea that the apocalypse is just starting and no one would understand what is happening until it's to late.

One thing that really aggravated me on this show was the plan to free 50k plus zombies from that stadium to create a distraction. Everyone knew at that point what was happening. DUMBEST IDEA EVER.

If season two doesn't start strong I am going to turn the page on this show.

Weak first season, but I'm hoping this season will answer one huge question for me:
Why haven't Rick and his gang left the mainland to settle on one of the East Coast islands?
Zombies can't swim, and food would be plentiful.
