After gaining some valuable intel from Brick (Vinnie Jones), Oliver (Stephen Amell) made the decision to cross a very big line as he attacked a bunch of guards with a shiv and now, in next week's episode he'll find himself being transported to Level 2 where he'll hopefully cross paths with the mysterious Demon.

Meanwhile, the rest of the hour will see Rene (Rick Gonzalez) fighting to find a group of arsonists after his local community center comes under attack and injures his daughter Zoe (Eliza Faria). Plus, Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) decides it may be time to break a few
rule while Laurel (Katie Cassidy) takes Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) under her wing.

"Level Two" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

RULES ARE MADE TO BE BROKEN - Oliver (Stephen Amell) makes a drastic move in his quest to find Diaz (Kirk Acevedo). Like her husband, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) pulls out all the stops to get to Diaz. Meanwhile, when arsonists target Rene's (Rick Gonzalez) community center, injuring Zoe (guest star Eliza Faria) in the process, the mysterious new Green Arrow swoops in to help save the day. Faced with pressure from the mayor to capture the vigilante, Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) must decide if following the rules at all costs is the best plan to keep the city safe. Ben Bray directed the episode written by Emilio Ortega Aldrich & Tonya Kong (#704). Original airdate 11/5/2018.

This was a very good episode of Arrow tonight, better than last week's. The prison storyline was great and we got some sweet fights with Oliver, showing off some kickass moves. I also loved all the references with Bronze Tiger, and it seems like they were trying to humanize him a bet; wonder if he will team up with Oliver in the future.

I also enjoyed team Arrow teaming up with Watson. I was wondering why they weren't showing anything regarding Rene's pursuit of Silencer (also like how they are depicting fight scenes with Silencer, of the three Longbow Hunters she is the best so far), nice to show them with Silencer in captivity. Wonder why they didn't tell Watson though.

Also interested in seeing how Diaz' heightened strength affect the show going forward.

And was it just me or did Diggle's son seem a bit older than expected? Thought the son was only like 3 years old.

So far this week:

1. Arrow- very good
2. Legends- good
3. Supergirl- good

Next week's episode looks like it will be another good one!

I wonder, and this is a big theory, but what happens if the demon was someone we'd seen previously, like Talia or Merlyn?

Why can’t Oliver’s dwarfy little cellmate leave him alone?

@santoanderson - calling it now, his cellmate is the demon.

I liked this episode, but man...i just can't get excited for Arrow anymore, not with this premise, with Diaz as the main villain...yet again.
Please don't tell me he will last for the whole season, i can't take that shit. :\

@Doomsday8888 - Diaz is one of the best villains the Arrowverse has ever had. Prometheus was a bit better, but Diaz is a definite close 2nd. Or would you prefer we had more of emo Deathstroke, a boring take on Ra's al Ghul, or Damien.

@GAThrawnIGF - I am really enjoying Diaz, I think he is a pretty good villain, but he isn't great and he isn't even in the top 5 for Arrowverse villains.

@HeavyMetal4Life - As far as season-long bad guys go, he's much better than Savitar, Damien, post-plot twist Zoom, Ra's al Ghul, anyone in the first 3 seasons of Supergirl, post-season 1 Reverse Flash, and Thinker once DeVoe died and he started taking the form of his victims.

@GAThrawnIGF -
1. Prometheus
2. Deathstroke
3. Reverse Flash
4. Damien Darhk
5. Malcolm Merlyn

6 is probably Diaz.

@GAThrawnIGF - Savitar is terrible, Ra's al Ghul was a perfectly fine villain but not great, Reign was the best villain from Supergirl so far, Thinker unraveled after he started switching bodies. Zoom is the best of the villains in this group; yes, I do think that he was weakened as a villain after the plot twist and stuff started to not make sense, but he still had some great scenes post plot twist.

@Doomsday8888 - I can't stand Diaz either. He's supposed to be really smart and a great martial artist, but in this he's portrayed as incompetent and weak. In the previous episode he could have burned John alive on the train, but didn't think to go for his exposed legs and now he's got superhuman strength? I think the only villain worth anything was Prometheus, everyone else was pretty crap.
