Hoping Mongul eventually shows up on the show, I want a physically demanding and brutal monster of a villain

I'm oddly amused by Supergirl's aggressive appropriation of every DC character and storyline that isn't nailed down. Fully expecting a "What's so Funny about Truth, Justice, and American Way" episode, a Death of Supergirl episode, and hell, maybe even a Crisis on Infinite Earths episode where Supergirl holds up a lifeless body of herself.

Interested to see how this episode plays out, since we found out it'd be some sort of adaptation of the comic storyline pertaining to Superman I've been anticipating it, as it made me realise that this story is actually far more befitting of Supergirl than it is of Superman, as she would have a lot more reason and desire to return to her life on Krypton than her cousin would, making for a far stronger, more emotional grounding.

Having said that, I'm also aware that all these CW shows have their fair share of cheese-factor and silly creative decisions (but hey, I guess they're part of the fun now), so I'm also intrigued to see how they affect it. I mean, even though the concept does fit Supergirl better than Superman, I'm almost certain that the creative team behind the TV series will never match the quality delivered by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Still could be pretty good though.

Did they really rip off the title of one of the best Superman storied wirtten by Alan Moore, later adpated into an episode of JLU that was so good Moore went on to praise it as the only adaptation of his work he liked?
