SUPERGIRL: There's No Way Out In The New Promo For The Midseason Finale; "Fear Knot"

Following a trip to the past, it looks like next week's midseason finale of Supergirl is shaping up to be quite a big one as Kara makes a last-ditch effort to escape the deadly Phantom Zone!

While we're not quite at the midway point of Supergirl's sixth and final season just yet, it looks like next week's installment will indeed serve as the midseason finale and it looks to be a doozy of an hour as Kara (Melissa Benoist) makes a last-ditch effort to escape the Phantom Zone before time runs out.

Meanwhile, her Superfriends will also attempt another rescue effort, but it looks like their plan is going to land them in serious trouble when they're individually confronted by visions of their worst nightmares.

Following the midseason finale, Supergirl will head into an extended summer hiatus, replaced by sister series Superman & Lois on the schedule starting May 18, and won't return with its final thirteen episodes until August 24.

This very likely means the series finale is tentatively scheduled for November 16, but whether that'll be an extended episode or not remains to be seen.

Check out the promo for Supergirl season 6, episode 7; "Fear Knot" below:

I stopped watching this Show a long time ago. Flash, Supergirl and Batwoman are a thing of the past for me ... although I did give Superman and Lois a chance.

These past flashback eps were excellent. Was cool seeing Nia/Brainy help young Kara and Alex and now they can help Kara escape the phantom zone. Really excited to see how Alex/Brainy face their fears helping Supergirl and now that is all 3 of the original cast Melissa/Chyler/David have all directed in the series!
