IRONHEART Main Villain Description May Point To The MCU Debut Of The Hood

As the Disney+ Ironheart series continues to search for supporting cast members, a new character description may point to the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut of Parker Robbins, aka The Hood...

It was recently confirmed that Dominique Thorne will make her MCU debut as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever before going on to lead her own Disney+ series, and details on some of the villains she'll be facing off against have begun to emerge.

The Illuminerdi reported that the son - or daughter - of Iron Man baddie Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges) will make their Marvel Cinematic Universe debut during Ironheart last week, and the site has now shared a character breakdown for the show's main baddie, who is described as "charming, magnetic, slick, and oily. He’s always working an angle to his own advantage. He’s handsome with an athletic build. He also has a crew working for him."

There are quite a few villains that could fit this description, but the Illuminerdi believe it could well be The Hood. In the comics, Parker Robbins was a petty thief who gained some rather odd abilities after an encounter with a demon. The creature's boots gave him the power to levitate, while the cloak allowed him to turn invisible when he held his breath.

If this is Robbins, the character will most likely undergo a few changes for his live-action debut, and if he does indeed have a crew, there's a decent chance Stane will be part of it.

We still don't know a whole lot about Ironheart, but the show is expected to stick pretty closely to Riri's comic book origin as "the creator of the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man." There's also been some speculation that the character could be retconned as a Wakandan since she'll feature in the Black Panther sequel, but we don't have anything to back that up.

I have a good feeling about RiRi series. I don’t really have any basis for it but I just think it’ll be great

I’ve had enough of the hood, somebody shot through my window and my sons found a bullet in their couch. Yes the rooms are huge so they literally have their own couch in there, Gigantic house for 750 a month, and the inside has personality like the haunting of hill house, but the outside looks like one two Freddys coming for you, There is a pet cemetery in the corner of the yard, a covered up all the world, and a two-story shed in which you can still hear the screams. Not to mention a tiny little old store in front of it that is not part of the property but is literally on the corner of the property, the city alderman owns it. I think he’s an alderman anyway he put pool tables in there for his kids, and then he cut a tree down that was right behind it and pretty much in my yard but then the city branch cutting truck got stuck in my front yard, they tried to push it out with a tractor, they literally had to pull it out with a firetruck. Yes the guy owns a fire truck. I don’t know what it is about old Mississippi stores in the hood, Me and my kids call them stations, As in gas stations with no gas.

I'm not sure how they get The Hood from that description, but okay. "Charming, magnetic, slick, and oily?" Sounds more like Justin Hammer to me.

You can take Riri out of the hood...but you can't take the Hood out of Riri.

...wait.

The Hood is one of my favorite villains, but I wouldn't really classify him so much as one but an antihero.
