Ahead of SDCC next week, Netflix has debuted an awesome new poster for the second season of Stranger Things, along with the news that we'll be returning to Hawkins, Indiana, slightly sooner than expected.

Netflix has just debuted some new promotional material for the second season of Stranger Things, which is now officially set to premiere on October 27.

The poster find our young heroes on the edge of town, staring at a monstrous sunset. We still don't have many details on this new threat, but it certainly looks like it'll make last season's Demogorgan seem positively tame by comparison.

I really enjoyed the first Season, Eleven was something else!
I'm excited for S2, i'm probably gonna binge watch the shit outta of it on halloween!

I just hope and hope, the writers and directors of Stranger Things didnt get too high and mighty. Like how some sequels go, they just can't match up to the orginal, and just end up trash. I really hope they know what they're doing for Season 2.

Really looking forward to this. Though I was kind of hoping season 2 would move on to a different set of characters in a different time period with a different mystery. Kind of like a season long episode of The Twilight Zone or the X-files.

But this looks awesome too.
