VENOM Set Video Shows Scott Haze's Mysterious Villain Taunting A Beaten Down Eddie Brock

Another video from the set of Venom has surfaced today and it features a couple of mysterious baddies taking down Eddie Brock and one of them definitely appears to have some ties to an alien symbiote.

A new video from the Atlanta set of Venom has surfaced today and it offers up a fresh look at the villain being played by Scott Haze. He can be seen taunting Eddie Brock as he lies on the floor definitely looking more than a little worse for wear. However, even more interesting is the unidentified third man in this video who is moving exactly as you'd probably expect someone infected with a symbiote would.

Despite that, neither he nor anyone else in the footage seems to be wearing a mo-cap suit or anything which indicates that a symbiote will be added afterwards. In fact, we've only seen Tom Hardy in his civvies as Eddie Brock thus far and it's hard not to wonder if Sony is going to make a silly mistake here by grounding the symbiotes in reality and deviating from the comic books in a significant way.

That's just speculation for now and we'll hopefully see much more from Venom soon. Given Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach's involvement here, though, it's hard not to worry. What do you guys think?
