Check out this extended Penguin trailer for Arkham City with revealing new footage of Batman in combat and more dialogue with Penguin.



The new footage here looks excellent with Batman throwing 3 quick batarangs at a single foe. Additionally, the yellow veins on Grundy could mean that the already formidable monster is on Bane's venom. Personally I prefer this Penguin trailer to the first - what are your thoughts?

With less than a month to go before Arkham City opens its doors, the countdown is officially on. Batman Arkham City comes to PS3 and Xbox on October 18th 2011. The PC version has been delayed until November.

I don't feel the impact of the hits. It'll probabbly be different in the final product, since the hits (punches/kicks,etc.) felt very real in Arkham Asylum.

@forilaz-your right. it doesnt have the same impact. but maybe, since it is just a trailer, they went for the angles to show them off a little better.
Also, the movement of their mouths looks a little weird...oh well, wont stop me from buying this game!

I like the splash lines coming off of the punches, little nod to the comics and the 60s Batman.

Penguin sounds a bit weird, cant tell if he's supposed to be British or Australian. But there's so much going on in this game!

This game is going to be epic.

Nice. I always thought of Penguin as british anyway so it works well. I am sure we have all seen Snatch and know that british gangsters are hardcore LOL so go Cobblepot.
