The Wolverine Reviews Better Than Iron Man 3 & Man Of Steel On Rotten Tomatoes

The Wolverine has a 83% approval rating from critics compared to a 78% approval rating for Iron Man 3 and a 56% approval rating for Man Of Steel.
While the approval rating could and likely will change as more reviews get added to Rotten Tomatoes, the overall critical outlook for The Wolverine seems to be trending better than this summer’s previous two superhero movies.

ComicBook.com found a total of twenty reviews for The Wolverine online, and sixteen of the twenty seemed to be overall positive, which shows a trend of an 80% approval rating. It seems very likely that The Wolverine will finish higher than Man Of Steel and Iron Man 3 on Rotten Tomatoes, even after more reviews get posted.

The Wolverine is also off to a much better start than X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which only got a 38% approval rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.

There's also, like, six reviews. In total. Six. That's less than the amount of fingers most people have. Iron Man 3 has 270 reviews. That's a lot of fingers.

Don't get me wrong, I really want The Wolverine to be good and I'm looking forward to seeing it opening night, but this is a bit of an illogical assertion.

@Supes17

Not entirely true. When The Conjuring had just but a handful of reviews on RT, it had a rating in the mid-70s. Now that more reviews are coming in, it's now up in the mid-80s.

Well Man of Steel is very Underrated. I loved Man of steel and Iron Man 3. I agree Iron Man 3 is about 78% but Man of steel id rate at 88% to 90%

The bad thing about a community driven news website is that you'll occasionally run into a big pile of dog shit designed to start flame wars. It's sad how often this happens here nowadays...

Funny how Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic only became irrelevant with certain fanboys when they tore MAN OF STEEL a new one. Before that, it was used as the go-to general consensus for movie reviews.

Lol its on 60% now jack ass from only 10 reviews and your already declaring whether or not its got an higher rating than IM3 and MOS it could go down even further or go up. But seriously only 10 reviews and your making a judgement and then posting it on a website. Wow people are truly retarded.

And since when has RT become the final word on whether or not a movie is good or bad. According to RT Superman Returns is better than MOS which isn't true IMO both the movies are crap but MOS is certainly better.

Hey SludgeTroll,

Don't you have a pro Marvel Studios and anti Fox, Sony, and WBs rally to get too?

Funny how you call yourself a Marvel fan and you dickride Marvel Studios and hate on any Marvel film not made by them.

Still waiting for my Hulk film BTW. How you can tell Feige that. Or RDJ since Marvel Studios won't say no to him.

Its actually sitting at 60 and do i care? no...i will be the judge of whether its a good movie or not just like any other movie i see. Do i read reviews? yes but only cause i like to see and hear other ppls perspectives on them but it does not decide whether i go see the movie or not.
