John Ottman recently told Monsters And Critics that he would like to return for another X-Men film. Even though the composer is still not officially signed on to score X-Men 3, John Ottman hopes to be able to return and expand on his themes from X2 and it appears the X3 team also want Ottman back.
“I would love to do X3, and I know they want me to do it. The only hitch would be if Superman conflicts with their schedule. I really wanted to do X3 because I set up all the themes to be expanded upon later.”
