Paramount has released the first TV spot for THOR director Kenneth Branagh's Jack Ryan featuring plenty of great new footage from the movie which features Chris Pine as the iconic Tom Clancy creation.

In a story taking place prior to the original Jack Ryan stories, Ryan is a young stock broker working for a billionaire in Moscow before joining the CIA. When the billionaire he is advising frames him for a terrorist plot and kidnaps his wife, Ryan must race against time to clear his name, stop the plot, and save his wife.

It doesn't look like a bad movie, but that's not not at all how a Jack Ryan story
Should be. He's not Jason Bourne or James Bond. He's more of a thinker. That
Is what makes his story exciting, Hunt for the Red October wasn't exactly action
Packed but it was great thriller, you could cut the tension with a knife. Looks like
Their exploiting the character.

Branagh sucks hard. He did a horrible job with the first Thor movie. It's a miracle that thing didn't tank.
