ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Character Details May Hint At Hannah John-Kamen's Role In The Marvel Sequel
Ant-Man and The Wasp is set to commence production in Atlanta very soon, and we have some new details on Hannah John-Kamen's mysterious character, as well as a new love-interest for Michael Pena’s Luis...
Earlier this month, it was announced that Hannah John-Kamen (Black Mirror, Game of Thrones, Killjoys) was set to join Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and co. in Marvel's Ant-Man and The Wasp. At the time no other details were provided, but thanks to MCU Exchange we might just have a slightly better idea of who she'll be playing.
Apparently, John-Kamen's new addition is named Dawn, who is described as "charismatic, eccentric, unpredictable and damaged." Though there are several established Marvel Comics characters with the first name Dawn, none seem to have any direct ties to Ant-Man - however, there's a decent chance this is only an alias to hide her true identity, anyway.
Dawn is reportedly only one of three new female characters being added to the film, joining the yet-to-be cast Janet van Dyne and a new love interest for Luis (Michael Pena) named Victoria, who is described as comic relief, but also a bit of a “loose cannon” with a “dangerous edge.”
We'll have to take this with the usual grain of salt until we hear more, but no harm in getting the speculation hats on in the meantime.
Ant-Man and The Wasp is set to buzz into theaters on July 6, 2018.
