Ever since Avengers: Infinity War hit theaters, fans have had a lot of questions about the Marvel film. And while the directors have done their best to answer any queries viewers have, there are still some lingering mysteries.
Thankfully, as part of a Vudu Viewing Party, the Russo Brothers took Twitter questions from fans, providing them with answers as they watched Avengers: Infinity War together. Not all of the details shared were new, but the duo did reveal a few interesting tidbits.
First off, one of the many questions posed was about the Red Skull and whether the banished Hydra leader was free to leave Vormir, home of the Soul Stone. In response, the directors said, "Red Skull is free to leave Vormir, and he is also free to pursue his desire for an Infinity Stone"
This doesn't confirm that the Captain America villain will have a role in future MCU films, but it certainly leaves the door open for the baddie to return and cause trouble for our heroes.
Following this, another fan wondered if, like Mjolnir before it, Stormbreaker could only be wielded by someone who proves themselves worthy. The Russos answer to this question was a simple one: "Mjolnir requires worthiness, not Stormbreaker."
While it makes it possible for some unsavory folks to get their hands on the mighty weapon, it's important to note that Thor said only extremely powerful beings could wield Stormbreaker, and the Russos reminded fans that there "are few people as strong or stronger than Thor" in the Marvel Universe.
