AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Has Multiple Scripts; Begins Shooting In November
We know that the Russo brothers have already started pre-production for Avengers: Infinity War, but how far along are they? During a recent interview, the brothers revealed just how hard they've been working.
After finishing up Captain America: Civil War, and receiving nothing but praise from both critics and fans, one would think that the Russo brothers would want to take a break after completing a project of such magnitude perfectly. Well, according to a recent interview with Deadline, the Russos were already working on Avengers: Infinity War while deep into production on Civil War, and they're not planning to stop the momentum.
"We already started [the scripts], a couple months ago," revealed Joe Russo. "We had to. We start shooting in November, two movies back to back. So we need two scripts ASAP, and we probably started working on them six months ago." Anthony Russo then went into further detail about what they've worked on for Infinity War. "Just story, with Markus and McFeely, the writers. Hardcore conversations. As soon as we got into post on this movie, we gave ourselves a few weeks to transition and then we spent half days with the writers, and half in the edit room, for months. We’ll get the first draft of both scripts when this movie opens." Are you excited to Avengers: Infinity War?
