AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Has Officially Been "Certified Fresh" As Rotten Tomatoes Score Is Revealed
Avengers: Infinity War may not have scored the seemingly endless wave of 5* reviews that Black Panther did but the movie is a critical hit and we now have details on its Rotten Tomatoes rating...
Last night, the reviews for Avengers: Infinity War finally surfaced and you have to believe that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is feeling very happy right now. Some critics weren't overly keen on the movie but no one has outright slated it, so you probably won't be surprised to learn it has a solid score of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. Thor: Ragnarok had a 92% score and Black Panther earned 96%.
According to the Critics Consensus for the now officially "Certified Fresh" movie, "Avengers: Infinity War ably juggles a dizzying array of MCU heroes in the fight against their gravest threat yet, and the result is a thrilling, emotionally resonant blockbuster that (mostly) realizes its gargantuan ambitions." That's not a bad verdict at all and one sure to compel moviegoers to rush into theaters.
As of right now, Avengers: Infinity War has received 80 "Fresh" reviews and 13 "Rotten" ones. Its average rating is 7.6/10. With roughly 24 hours to go until the Marvel movie blasts into theaters both in the US and overseas, we'll soon start seeing how fans feel about this one too.
