COMICS: The Mad Titan's True Name Revealed In Issue #14 Of THANOS' Ongoing Solo Series
Thanos will face-off against The Avengers later this year in Infinity War, but he's got a whole different set of problems in his current comic book series, which has now revealed The Mad Titan's real name.
Did you know The Mad Titan's birth name was not actually Thanos at all?
In issue #14 of Thanos' ongoing Marvel Comics series, an older version of the supervillain reveals that Sui-San named her bouncing baby boy Dione before she died. Yes, that is just one N away from the name of a character in Clueless, but we're not about to take that up with Big T!
It's not likely that Thanos will adopt this name moving forward (it wouldn't exactly strike the same amount of fear into the masses, after all), but it will be interesting to see what ramifications - if any - the revelation has for the character moving forward.
