FAN-ART: Here's What Former BATMAN Christian Bale Would Look Like As CAPTAIN BRITAIN

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently revealed that they've spoken to actors about Captain Britain and now a new piece of fan-art imagines what Christian Bale might look like as Brian Braddock...

Captain Britain may not have his own series but he is a character with a rich history (mostly fleshed out by Watchmen creator Alan Moore) who would make for a fine addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Whether or not that will happen in the near future remains to be seen but Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently revealed that they've met with actors to discuss the character.

That has to be a good sign for Brian Braddock's big screen future, but could one of those actors be Christian Bale? The star of The Dark Knight Trilogy being tempted back to the world of superhero movies would be huge and it's easy to imagine the former Batman doing a great job with Captain Britain. Now, thanks to @Bosslogic, we have a piece of fan-art imagining what Bale would look like.

The lack of a mask is a
shame, but Captain Britain has ditched that in recent years and it would help him stand out from Captain America! What do you guys think of this take on the hero? Would you like to see Bale bring Braddock to the big screen? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.

@CopperCrow - aha!

That's what they get for turning American icons into brits! Bale has his accent down, but sometimes cavill and holland sound phony.

Oh wait, Hollywood made rdj Sherlock Holmes... never mind.

Decent art though I don't think Bale would do it.
Off the top of my head I would like to see James Norton (New Flatliners film, Happy Valley, Grantchester) in the role as he looks very much like the character and is a great actor but not sure he has the star power to carry the film.
Just a shame much of his supporting cast are tied to Fox (Meggan, Pete Wisdom, John Lennon the Skrull)
