The Flash will see Michael Keaton return as his iconic take on Batman from Tim Burton's movies, potentially leaving the door open for other previous incarnations of DC Comics characters to show up via the Multiverse.
Fans have been hoping to see Michelle Pfeiffer back in the Cat-suit as Batman Returns' feline femme fatale, but it seems no one has been in touch with the actress about reprising the role. If she were to get that call, it sounds like she'd be happy to pick up the whip again!
While speaking to Screen Rant to promote her new film French Exit, Pfeiffer was asked if she'd be interested in joining her Batman Returns costar in the upcoming Flash movie as Selina Kyle, and said she would "if anyone asked me, but no one's asked me yet."
The Flash's script was finished some time ago and the movie is scheduled to head into production in April, so if nobody has reached out to Pfeiffer about making an appearance by now, it's probably not going to happen. There are bound to be more Multiverse adventures in the pipeline, though, so there's always a chance we could see her roar back onto the big screen as Catwoman in the future.
Alongside Keaton in a live-action The Dark Knight Returns movie, perhaps? Hey, a boy can dream.
