In the first released Arkham game Arkham Asylum, you heard what Joker said when he responded to Batman's resistance to being turned into a Titan Monster with these words; "I just wanted to turn down your grim facade and for once let you see the world as I see it"

In Arkham City right after Batman defeated Clayface, retrieved the cure he uses to cure himself of the poison Joker infected him with, Joker was still sick as he was still sick as he climbed all the way down through the floor he blew up to reach the Lazarus pit in effort to get in and heal himself of his sickness Batman made sure the clown prince of crime didn't get in by sabotaging the Pit's generator with Talia's sword which causes the generator to fling right into an incapacitated Clayface knocking him into the pit and the who thing exploded Then just when Joker was begging for Batman to give him the cure despite the fact that he killed his ninja girlfriend and poisoned gotham, he was sure the dark knight would save him either way. But Batman replied by saying "Every decision you ever made ends with death and misery, people die, I stop you. You'll just break out and do it again." which means that Batman has had enough of Joker's rampage. And just as Joker got impatient and attempts to take the cure from him by stabbing him with a knife, he ends up blowing his last chance for a cure by making Batman drop the vile by accident without any of them noticing Joker tries to shove some of the fluid into his mouth hoping it could still cure him but it was no use as the Joker's face still looked like crap as he asks Batman if he happy that he won't be a problem anymore. As for Batman he says his last truthful words to him "You want to know something funny? Even after everything you've done, I would have saved you." And Joker laughs and admits "That actually is... pretty funny" as his last words before surcoming to his sickness and dies smiling And Batman brings the Joker's corps to the GCPD and leaves without explaining to them what happened in Arkham City. that is proof that Joker is dead for real and the proof that Joker will not come back from the dead in Arkham Knight is right here the comics Arkham Unhindge reveals that after the events in Batman Arkham City, The Joker's body was taken to the Morgue and burned to ashes and there you have it folks, all the proof you need to understand that the Joker is not alive, dead for real and will not come back from the dead in Batman Arkham Knight that if the Joker does appear he will only turn up as one of Scarecrow's nightmare illusions for Batman to come across. And if some of you refuse to admit it then you're just to stubborn and too obsessed with the clown to see it. After all he's not immortal and the people of Rocksteady promise that Batman: Arkham Knight will operate without the Joker being around and that Johnathan Crane/Scarecrow takes his place as the head mastermind of the sinister supervillain plot and has Harley Quinn, Penguin and Two Face joining forces with him which is something Joker wouldn't do and the Arkham Knight is said to be an original character made for this game plus Im sure we have had enough of him in these games so stop with the speculation and rumors and be ready for Batman Arkham Knight on June 2nd 2015

I can shorten your article in 2 sentence.

Joker died in Arkham City and got his body burned in the canon comic, Arkham City Endgame. Not even a Lazarus Pit can bring Joker back to life.

I still like to think that Arkham Knight is some kind of horrific Batman-Joker Hybrid.

"No more laughs" is also what WB said for their DC movies.

Yes, Joker is dead. But anyone that thinks he won't have something to do with this game is fooling themselves.

That doesnt mean he has to make a physical appearance.

The entire Arkham series has been more about Joker than Batman.

Arkham Asylum showed Joker in the prime of his criminal career, just before he became sick and started his decline.

Arkham City showed his death and the "end" of his criminal career.

Even Arkham Origins was Joker's origin story. Not Batman's. We saw him before he became Joker. We saw his transformation into Joker. And we saw his first appearance in Gotham as the Joker.

The entire series has been an ode to Jokerv's criminal career. There is no way the final game won't have something to do with him, even if its just his legacy at work.

I fully expect Arkham Knight to either be a clone of Joker, a test tube version of his son, or some kind of Batman/Joker hybrid. All the signs point to it. Even the inclusion of Cadmus Labs, which is known for genetics and cloning various heroes and villains.

Making the Arkham Knight someone totally new would have absolutely zero impact. I do think Scarecrowbis the mastermind of this game, but again, Joker having nothing to do with it is simply non-sensical. Like i said, his legacy will be a big part of it all.

I think what really got rumors going about the Joker appearing in Arkham Knight was Troy Baker being confirmed as the voice of the Arkham Knight. Since Baker voiced the Joker in Origins, folks connected those dots. (And I think Baker did a damn fine job as Joker in Origins and Assault on Arkham.)

Huh. Didnt know about that comicbook epilogue. Well I guess he is really gone. My only hope is that he doesnt turn out to be Joker´s implied son from City who miracurosly grew to be adult size in so little time because of his father´s TITAN DNA. THAT would be so lame.
