Our friends over at Newsarama have an interesting Toyfair pic that may be evidence that "Deathstroke" has a part in Batman: The Dark Knight

Deathstroke (a.k.a. The Terminator) is an assassin, has been called an anti-hero, but is more akin to a supervillain. It is unclear at this time what part Deathstroke may play in the movie, or if his action figure is simply additional fodder for the merchandising effort and not actually in the film.
