Heath Ledger wins the Golden Globe for "Best Supporting Actor"

Last night, Heath Ledger won the Gloden Globe for his supporting role in TDK. Christopher Nolan received the posthumous award.

As many of you may know by now, last night January 11 2009 Heath Ledger was won the Golden Globe for his supporting role as The Joker in 2008´s The Dark Knight.

TDK Director Chris Nolan received it for him, and said:

"All of us who worked with Heath on the Dark Knight accept this with an awful mix of sadness and incredible pride," Nolan said, after the star-studded audience rose to their feet as the award was announced. "After Heath passed on, you saw a hole ripped in the future of cinema."
