This idea came to me while watching one of my favourite Eddie Murphy movies (Coming to America) a great funny movie which I recommend you watch when you have the chance. And which I also note was one of Samuel Jackson's (Nick Fury) first movies to appear in coincidentally.

To cut to the chase the particular scene that set off the epiphany explosion in my brain was when Lisa (Shari Headley) takes Akeem (Eddie Murphy) to the museum to show him exhibits of America. They come across a display of Akeem's home country Zamunda with artifacts and pictures. If by now you see where my idea leads to then you know of the possibilities here and that aha feeling rumbling inside.

Now if you have been witness to the epic trailer for CA2 you may have noticed the scene showing Cap exploring the exhibit showcasing he and the Howling Commandoes in their wonder years. A plot device we now know will play a pivotal role in the movie which will bring Cap back to his true red white and blues.

Now here comes the kicker. Imagine Cap walking through the Smithsonian exploring the museum and we see a glimpse of an exhibit for Wakanda, with artefacts and pictures of the country. This would be a great way to tease the fans as well as set Black Panther up for Phase 3 in the MCU. We all noticed the Shield marker on the map in Africa from Iron Man 2, and this would truly be the icing on the cake. I can only hope that the brains over at Marvel would have already sailed this ship on home. Because if so it could possibly be the greatest easter egg right up there with the short but sweet glimpse of the Infinity Gauntlet in Thor.

I guess we will have to wait and find out when April 4th swings around the corner, until then who knows what clues await us in Marvels next and possibly best solo outing yet of our Star Spangled Hero...

That would be truly awesome. I think Black Panther could start a whole new era for Marvel, perhaps three films a year. I want to see Punisher as the partial villain/later team up in the next Captain America. I also want to see a Ghost Rider reboot (where it's done almost as a monster movie more than a superhero one) and a Namor or Daredevil MCU take (Either one is great but Namor is a total force of nature.)

Haha! That is still my favorite Eddie Murphy movie! Maybe marvel will fgo full blown Coming to America and have the Falcon be Tchalla in disguise. It wouldn't be the first time Marvel combined 2 characters for the MCU. I'd be as easy as Panther being sent to america for schooling and being recruited by shield. Hides his identity fore obvious reasons and becomes Agennt Falcon. Later, trouble in homeland forces him back to africa. He then takes up the mantle of Black Panther...

Thanks for the comments guys. Although I feel this idea still is premature to think about, they could end up releasing a lot of information leading up to the release of the movie. So cross your fingers x(0.0)x

@ GliderMan Yeah it was just an Exhibit in the Smithsonian set up for him. I'm guessing what we see in the trailer is most likely the premier of the exhibit because you can see a lot of flashing lights from cameras behind Steve.

Great idea. As far as im concerned I could care less if they tease BP because its just a matter of time before he gets a movie and joins the Avengers so its all about being patient for me. oh, and I REALLY want to see that iron man 2 map easter egg come true. Namor, BP.. ya.

The movie is done, and I doubt this happens. I don't really care much. A Black Panther movie would be okay, and I would like to see him in an Avengers movie, but it's not gonna bother me much if that doesn't happen.
