BLACK PANTHER: WAKANDA FOREVER - Possible LEAKED Promo Art Reveals Blurry First Look At Namor The Submariner

Rumors have been swirling for the past year or more that Namor the Submariner will appear in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and a blurry first look at Tenoch Huerta's anti-hero has apparently surfaced!

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever arrives in theaters globally on November 11, and while many fans continue to wonder who will inherit the Black Panther mantle from T'Challa following Chadwick Boseman's tragic passing, there's a great deal of excitement for Namor the Submariner's MCU debut.

His involvement in this sequel is all but confirmed, with Mexican actor Tenoch Huerta (Narcos: Mexico) expected to fill the role. Rumors of an appearance from the character have swirled since prior to Captain America: The First Avenger's release in 2011, but after a few hints here and there (such as Avengers: Endgame), it's looking like Namor will finally surface this year to take aim at Wakanda.

We're disappointed not to see him clash with T'Challa, but a first look at the Invader, Defender, and X-Man has been revealed courtesy of what appears to be some very blurry concept art.

Leaker @MyTimeToShineH has seemingly confirmed its validity, and it looks like Marvel Studios is adhering to the comics. We don't know if Namor will have wings on his ankles, but we're betting the King of Atlantis is going to have something that at least pays homage to those in some manner. All signs also point to this interpretation of Namor being heavily inspired by Mayan culture.

Hopefully, the trailer is incoming. In the meantime, we'll keep our eyes peeled for any HD promo art!

@Manmarvel - Guessing it's a small image that's been upscaled. Working on tracking down a better version. There has to be one out there! 🙃

@AmazingFILMporg - Don't tell him to shut up, then you have all of these ASSHATS ignorantly agreeing with you. He's free to have his opinion, he didn't say ANYTHING hateful about the movie, just like MANY others, including myself who are afraid/unsure of this movie due to the obvious situation of Chadwick Boseman's passing and not having T'CHALLA vs NAMOR.

@DoubleD - well what happens sometimes is a bad second weekend like say FFH would’ve passed 1.2 billion but that 2nd weekend was a good sized dip. However this one was worse AND without real competition. Having said that, good first weekend and other weekends may still get it past 900 million, that’s still good. To me personally below 850 would be a bad ending for it.

@TheWalkingCuban - 1 Billion a coin toss right now but could go either way. Next weekend is Memorial Day long weekend with only two movies to go see.

Top Gun or Dr. Strange I expect Dr. Strange to do well those 3 days.

@DoubleD - Don't care about Namor, but who goof to see he will not be white or light skinned. Great to see DS2 is holding well and made more than The Batman. Another win for Marvel, but not great for The Batman.

@AmazingFILMporg - THS2 said top gun 2 would smash strange 2. I didn’t believe it. Then came the RT for both, not exactly a dichotomy but certainly mostly stratospheric versus divisive. The WoM and the second weekend drop didn’t help. Having said all that, of course strange 2 will have much less, it’s the fourth weekend, so I’m not just gonna say it got decimated. It’s supposed to at this point.
