Marvel Studios is the gift that keeps on giving, at least that's how I'm feeling right about now! Hell I wrote an article last week that ruffled a few feathers when I asked is Captain America the greatest comic book movie trilogy, and with no disrespect intended it made Batman fans of The Dark Knight crap their pants!!! I even had to tell one dude don't let Batman get your ASS WHOOPED lol!! Just joking!!! But they were upset, and good for them cause the Dark Knight was a pretty good trilogy by the way. Anyhow there is a new movie trilogy on it's way that has the potential to be better then both Captain America and the Batman trilogies...the one and only Black Panther! Man I can't wait! We only have 1 Year 1 Month 8 Days 5 hours 59 Minutes and as I write this 20 Seconds left until the release of the highly anticipated Black Panther movie and Marvel let's the black cat out of the cage. Lucky for us The Black Panther starts filming next week, and some of my sources tell me they see some of the key characters in the ATL already this morning. Now I know Marvel Studios is already in town filming their big show down with Thanos, but the cats my homeboy saw ain't got nothing to do with The Infinity War movie. He asked for me not to give their name because he works at this luxury hotel that they just checked in, and this morning had a brief word with a couple of cats and they asked him to keep it on the low, even his manager told him not to tell a soul! After all January 15th when they start filming is a week away and they need plenty of time to prep...MAN I'M EXCITED! I can't wait to see what Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole bring to the table in terms of directing and story telling, and what Chadwick Boseman as King T'Challa does for an encore. Marvel Studios will have to also bring Wakanda to life. Here are some concept images some of which from the Civil War that they didn't use and the other claimed to be from Marvel Studios. Check these out.
It would be so dope if they had like a coming to America scene you know the scene when Mr. McDowell said "The boy got his own money!" that's when he was talking about Prince Akeem having his face on some rather large bills! LMAO! But they better show my man Chadwick Boseman as King T'Challa and all of his splendor...I'm talking about wealth beyond your wildest dreams!
I will share more of my thoughts with you next weekend when Marvel Studios and the Black Panther Cast officially start filming! I can't wait you guys, I've only been waiting on this movie for the last 11 years! I'm pumped I have just one more to go! Please leave your comments God Bless You!!
