Will
Black Panther's costume change from film to film? Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man and even Thor's costume have all had slight or major tweaks to their costumes with each new screen appearance. In
Civil War, T'Challa stated that the Black Panther is a mantle passed down from generation to generation. It stands to reason that each titleholder has had their own suit? It's hard to imagine that all the previous Kings of Wakanda had the same build and proportions and wore the same costume.
In Black Panther's solo film, could we visit the
Necropolis and see all the past iterations of the vibranium-reinforced costume of T'Challa's predecessors? If that's the case, perhaps Marvel will put some of this
concept art from Jerad S. Marantz to use as armor worn by Wakanda's previous rulers?
“Captain America: Civil War” picks up where “Avengers: Age of Ultron” left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
