My source, Liam, who is currently going through the process of becoming an extra for Captain America: The First Avenger, has once again got in touch with some more information about the upcoming movie from Marvel Studios. This time, he recieved another email from the casting agency who are seemingly expanding their search for extras, this time by looking for more of a varied bunch of races than just caucasian.
"We have been asked specifically to find Oriental, Jewish and Italian men and women aged 16-100. In particular we are looking for older ‘characterful’ faces. If you know anyone who fits this description and is available ask them to email me an up to date picture, contact details and measurements by Monday 6th September."
And in another email I was recently sent, Steve shared some information with me about the rumoured filming location of Stanley Dock. Here's what he had to say, "...it's the same as the busy tourist area of the Albert Dock in looks, only a fraction of the size and has been derelict for years, and has a grotty WWII era look about it."
As well as that, he also mentioned that, "...a scaffold has been erected high on the dock building," along with a "road block."
Remember, if you have any information or pictures about this (or any other movie) feel free to get in touch by clicking on the "Contact Me" option at the top left hand side of this page!
