The Marvels has, for the most part, crashed and burned in theaters. Whether you loved everything about Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Photon's team-up or it left you feeling cold, the numbers speak for themselves.
Some will argue that it's a shame, while others are already taking great delight in an opening weekend they believe sends a strong message to Marvel Studios about the Multiverse Saga's quality. Still, with 62% on Rotten Tomatoes, the Captain Marvel sequel has, at least, avoided the dreaded green splat.
On Saturday, we asked you to chime in with your thoughts and to rate the latest MCU blockbuster. Today, it's time to share the results!
31.83% of you awarded The Marvels a healthy ⭐⭐⭐⭐, a rating which lines up with the movie's Audience Score of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes. 19.05% went with ⭐⭐⭐, but rather troublingly for Marvel Studios, a whopping 16.92% said, "I haven't watched it/don't plan on watching."
That's a clear indication something needs to be done to make these movies feel like must-see events again!
Finally, 14.2% chose ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, 11.12% went with the lowest score of ⭐, and 6.86% picked ⭐⭐. These results make for interesting reading, that's for sure, and all signs point to most fans having had a good time with The Marvels.
"Proof that a 90-minute blockbuster can soar," we said in our review, "The Marvels is bolstered by three terrific leads and might just be the most fun you’ll have at the theater this year, even if it’s not necessarily destined to be remembered as a mighty Marvel classic."
That was our take, and as you'll likely recall, it ended by awarding the movie ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Now, it seems the majority of you agreed! As always, though, feel free to head to the comments section below to share your opinions.

The movie stars Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton and Park Seo-joon.
The Marvels is now playing in theaters.
