Jim Lee Squashes DC COMICS Rumor That Publisher Is Headed For Another Reboot

Rumors have surfaced online that DC Comics is headed for another line-wide reboot similar to Infinite Crisis and The New 52. Well, the co-Publisher for DC has just succinctly put those rumors to bed.

Without beating around the bush, Bleeding Cool recently ran a piece that proposed that a new "Crisis" event similar to Crisis On Infinite Earths and Final Crisis, was in the works at DC Comics. This time around, Bleeding Cool is reporting that their sources are hearing that the event will simply be called Crisis and that it's spinning out of the events of Justice League: No Justice and Doomsday Clock.

Well, DC Comics co-publisher Jim Lee has taken to Twitter to squash that rumor and he was echoed by No Justice architect, Scott Snyder.

Still, it wouldn't be the first time that a rumor was seemingly debunked only for it to come to fruition later down the line. Perhaps the shift to $3.99 across the entire DC line was just the precursor for more significant changes at the publisher?
