The DC Universe is filled with great characters and storylines, and i want them being showcased on the big screen, with them feeling comic book-y, while still fit for the cinemas.
I love the current DC Extended Universe, but this is more of a fantasy fan cast than anything, so if you like my choices, then GOOD, cause some choices may divide others, but this is my vision of the DC Cinematic Universe.
Batman: The Dark Knight | Phase 1 | Movie 1
With Batman being arguably DC's most profilic character, and one of the most regonizable characters in the world, then the universe has to be kickstarted with Batman: The Dark Knight.
Director | David Fincher
Look, i am a huge David Fincher fanboy, and one of his films, Fight Club, is my favorite film of all time, and the tone of his films could really benefit Batman, mate.
Writer | Paul Dini
Paul Dini is, in my opinion, the greatest writer Batman has ever had, he wrote the best Batman episodes on the Animated series, created Harley Quinn, restored Hush as a good and not lame and arsehole villain, and wrote Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, which are considered the best of the Arkham games.
How's that for a resume?
STORY:
Batman's third year in Gotham has been running smoothly, and with most of his top enemies locked up in an upgraded Arkham Asylum, Bruce is enjoying his time off, falling in love, enjoying his life.
Until, the Joker's gang attacks Arkham Asylum and letting loose on all of Batman's villians, and this is possibly the biggest test Batman's ever faced, but with a little help, he will clear up the streets of a dying Gotham City.
Cast:
Josh Brolin| Batman / Bruce Wayne
Now, Josh Brolin boosts the coolness and muscles to be Batman, and looks like him, which is a plus. Funny thing, he was indeed up for Batman in Batman V Superman, but Ben Affleck got the part ( Ben was not a bad choice, he's awesome, but it's Josh Brolin, man).
Commisioner Gordon | Bryan Cranston
Now with JK Simmons cast as Gordon is Justice League, while we all know that's a good choice, the only one who can be Gordon is Walter White himself, Bryan Cranston.
The Joker | Joseph Gilgun
He has the craziness and look for the Joker. BOOM!
Harley Quinn | Amanda Seyfried
She is one fine lady, mate.
Catwoman | Carla Cugino
Come on, mate. She is lovely, fast....and fine as hell.
Nightwing | Adam Driver
POST CREDITS:
Now, the post credits must set up the Superman movie, but also in the context of the Batman film. It's more of the opening from the first episode of The Justice League cartoon but with a twist.
Here's the catch: We open on a laboraty, some workers...well, working, and the Chief leaves the staff alone, and one member of the staff turns his hand into metal long arms (like Mr. Fantastic) and invades the central computer of the company, then when almost all of the information is taken, a Bat-a-rang is thrown at the staff member/alien and he pulls his hands out of the computer, and then battles Batman, then another member flies and takes Batman with him, and brake out of the glass ceiling and throws him on the ground, which we see outside of the factory is a deep forest, then Batman is zoned-out, and all is blurry, then a figure beats the alien staff members and then goes by Batman's side, and picks him up.
BATMAN: I didn't need your help, Clark.
Then reveal Jon Hamm as Superman, flying over Batsy with his arms crossed, and a cocky smile.
*SOME CREDITS ROLL.
SECOND POST-SCENE:
A man with a Red mask, looking over at some computers with some footage of Batman fighting criminals, then turns his head around, pulls a gun and loads it, and as the sound of a loaded gun is heard, the screen goes black.
SUPERMAN: MAN OF STEEL | PHASE 1 | MOVIE 2
Then after the first film with Batman, and the post credits of that film, setting up this Superman movie, then we're here.
Director & Writer | Rian Johnson
Rian did wonders with Looper and Brick and is set to direct Star Wars Episode 8 and write Episode 9. No one man should have all that power!
STORY:
Kal El arrives on earth, and is raised by the Kents. Some time after he has become Superman, and still working for The Daily Planet, he discovers the super villain Brainiac, who has been destroying planets, and his next target is Metropolis, and then Superman struggles to stop Brainiac, with a little help. And in the shadows of Braniac, Superman's Arch enemy, Lex Luthor rises.
CAST:
Superman/ Kal-El/ Clark Kent | Jon Hamm
Lex Luthor | Mark Strong
Lois Lane | Cobie Smudlers
Brainiac | Ralph Fiennes
Supergirl/ Kara | Kate Mara (Cameo)
Put that back in your pants, mate.
Jimmy Olsen | Seth Green
Funny dude.
POST CREDITS:
Superman, now as Clark Kent, is reporting on an art gallery show downtown, and he's together with another Daily Planet reporter, and they talk.
DAILY P. REPORTER: Pretty glamourous stuff, huh, Clark?
CLARK: Yeah, i guess you could say that.
DAILY P. REPORTER: Yeah, all kinds of people gonna show up tonight.
CLARK: Think so?
Then, a car pulls up, a white, delicate and really glamourous car, then a woman steps out of it, that is WONDER WOMAN, and she is wearing this white suit, with a white, nice skirt, then she walks inside the art gallery, with Clark keeping his eyes onto her.
Inside the art showcase, Diana is looking at a Da Vinci painting. Clark goes and walks towards her, and then stands besides her.
CLARK: It's a really beautiful painting, isn't it?
DIANA: Yeah, it's....wonderful.
*END CREDITS SCENE*
SECOND POST SCENE:
In space, a dark cloud is approaching, then we cut straight into a big, huge castle, then we see a huge villain sitting in his throne, with a deep voice, and then it's revealed as DARKSEID.
DARKSEID: So, it begins.
END OF PART 1
With all his undying (seriously, i love you lot, i am not gay, not that there's anything wrong with that) love,
Mickeus.
