While in an interview with PopSugar, Chris Evans explains how his character Captain America has evolved since the first film (Captain America: the First Avenger). “The first movie, you're terrified. The second one, you're intimidated, because there's so many great people.” Evans continues, “But by Captain America 2 is when you really start kind of hitting your stride and feeling like you're making some core progress with the character and you get a little more comfortable speaking up when you have opinions,"

He then tells how in Avengers: Age of Ultron it’s hard to focus on just Captain America’s side of the story, “So at this point, I'm feeling really good and like I said, it's hard to give too much individual attention to your own plotline in a movie like this [Avengers: Age of Ultron].” He then ends off by saying that his character still has many challenges ahead of him, and he’s excited for the next film in the Captain America franchise (Civil War). “They still give good hurdles to jump, but I'm very excited for Captain America 3.”

Captain America will next appear in Avengers: Age of Ultron as him and the Avengers will go to war against Ultron! After that he will next show up in Captain America: Civil War where he will battle with Tony Stark/Iron Man and team up with new heroes (Black Panther, etc.). The First Avengers has done some extraordinary things so far in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which moment is your favorite? Sound off below with your thoughts!

He's an awesome Cap! Just wish that Civil War wasn't Captain America 3 and that it was a separate movie. We need a true solo movie for Cap, he deserves it at this point!

If you had told me 5 years ago that Captain America would soon be among my absolute favourite CBM characters... :O

Ezio - True, I just think that Civil War should be more of an Avengers movie instead of a Captain America movie.

Ezio- i say give him a break after civil war until infinity wars 1 or 2, then after that he could either be dead after having a glorious send off weilding thors hammer against thanos. then marvel can either recast which at some point they will have to do or keep him out of the picture until his glorious return to save the day. so many diffrent things they could do.

@EzioKenway1225

Yeah me and my brother was talking about that scene a few hours ago. It's a pretty dark scene. I'm having trouble recalling any scenes as dark as that in any CBM.

I went to log-in and accidentally put 'Assto' instead of Pasto....

Painful moment of clarity...

I reckon that Captain America/Steve Rogers will die at the hands of Thanos. I imagine him heroically standing up to Thanos while everyone else is reluctant to do so and after a brutal and bloody melee, Rogers gets killed which would inspire/encourage others to work together and fight.

Actually that would make a pretty cool cliffhanger in Part 1 leading into Part 2.

MARVELPSYCHO79- dark reign would be good, or an adaptation of siege depending on what happens to asgard in thor ragnarok. or even fear itself although the story is not the best i would love to see something like this http://geek-news.mtv.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/fearitself_7_preview11.jpg
