New Set Photos Featuring DEADPOOL, 'Ajax', 'Negasonic Teenage Warhead' And 'Colossus'

A new batch of Deadpool set photos have surfaced, and along with a new look at Ryan Reynolds fully suited up as the Merc with the Mouth, we also get to see Ajax (Ed Skrein), Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), and the mystery actor playing Colossus via motion capture...

Thanks to Just Jared, we have a new look at several of the main Deadpool cast members. Let's talk about Colossus though. I don't recognise whoever it is wearing that mo-cap costume, so my guess is that they will cast the role during post production, using the actor's voice and likeness to bring the X-Man to life (similar to what Marvel did with Rocket Raccoon and Groot). It could be that the guy in the mo-cap suit is also playing the Russian strongman, but it seems more likely that they'll cast a well-known face/voice for when it comes time to create Colossus via CGI. What do you think?

since this is a Deadpool movie..what if the character IS a kinda overweight guy in a Mocap suit???............heh ok probably not, but that would be funny.

Will have to see who plays Colossus in this movie because it might just kill any chance at all for Colossus to be an X-man. If he is in his 20s-30's he will either be far too young or possibly not even born yet to be in any of the X-men movies. Really the actor they get to play him has to be at least in his 40s-50's for there to be any chance for Colossus to be an X-man. I hope they get an older actor because Colossus is one of the most important X-men in their history and deserves to finally be really represented in the films. I would say Colossus is at least 7-8th most important X-man of all time. Cyclops, Wolverine, Prof X, Storm, Beast, and maybe Jean Gray are the only characters more important to the mythos then him with Nightcrawler and Kitty Pryde being about equal with him in importance.

Colossus in X Men movie sucks, so i don't mind if they changed both actor and (hopefully) those bad T2 special effects.

Since they got the Deadpool costume and character right this time around i don't see a problem to admit "yeah, Colossus - we made a mistake. We're fixing it"

Yeah, I absolutely hate the way Colossus have been treated. You have him and Juggernaut in the same movie but you don't have them fight? But even the way they treated Jug, Colossus would've tore him apart, even though it should be the other way around.

Did anyone else notice the circular wound on Deadpool's right forearm? In previous pics there was a green marker in the same spot, so I'm guessing it'll be a nasty hit they'll add in post. And is that a masked character laying at the feet of stand-in "Colossus"?
